Fancy Zoo Magnets

20 Feb

I caught spraypaint fever people. No joke.

Everything is now spraypaintable. I run around the appartment shaking my cans. This is getting weeeiiiirder everyday.

So anyways…

I’ve had ugly fridge magnets for like ever. And I’ve been wanting to change that.

Dollar Store mini animal toys made their way to my heart – and my fridge door  - thanks to a little spraypaint, magnets, and hot glue.

Toys + Paint

So once again, easy as pie. No, wait, a lot easier than pie because I couldn’t bake a pie to save my life.

I gave the toys a few coats of paint. I also did paint the magnets, so it would blend in easier. No one wants to see a black magnet pop under on the white fridge.

The hardest part was to wait until the animals were completely dry before trying to hot-glue them to the magnets.

Here they are in all they glorious glory:

DIY Fridge magnets

I like to think that fun toys holding my bills on the fridge will make my life easier. AM I RIGHT? Oh, well, maybe, maybe not… More pleasant at least? Meh.
